This is not a free country

The police are officially the Gustapo. There is no difference. In this sickening story by the daily news. This cop assaulted a traffic agent for giving his girlfriend a ticket. After Governor Paterson sign a law making it a felony to assault a traffic agent, the cop was put on modified duty and not charged with a felony. On top of that the traffic agent was the one that ended up being arrested for doing his job.

This is sick. After the murder of Sean Bell, the Child Molestation, the pulling rank. This is getting at a tipping point where something has to be done about the situation with the nypd. They need to be held accountable for their actions like everyone else.

Remember they did the same thing to Abner Loiuma in flatbush and even that scumbag Sean hannity chiped in and called him lying Loiuma. These bastards will do anything to protect these criminals with badges. They think they own this country.

Maybe he was showing of to his girlfriend. Trying to make up for his small penis?

More than half the NYPD is using some kind of illegal substance. I wouldn't be surprise if he was on something.

What ever happen to blind justice? This cop NEEDS to be charge with a felony or we are all FUCKED!

There's no reason as to why he shouldn't be charged.

The traffic agent will have no trouble winning a lawsuit against the city for the attack he suffered by the cop.

This is a no-brainer. But, of course, that means the tax-paers will have to give money to the traffic agent the same way tax-paers had to give money to Abner Louima.

The lesson here is a lesson of human resources. Don't hire people likely to break the law.

Ear wax
This is the problem. The traffic agent can sue and thats his right. But the Cop broke the law . He should be in jail for assault. Period

justcool,

A successful lawsuit against the cop forces the city to acknowledge the cop's crime. New York City cannot pretend city employees are blameless when the actions of those employees cause the city to pay substantial sums to injured parties.
