An NYPD cop has been accused of stalking an 11-year old girl and authorities have charged the police officer with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

They should look into missing children cases over this guy's career and see if there are any connections with this cop. There is no better place for a criminal to hide than among law enforcement.
You know I don't agree much with some of the content on your blog, but thank you for holding the powers that be accountable. As a father of a 9 year old, I will not trust anybody, cop or not.
Yes agreed, a neighborhood blog that is too cozy with the NYPD might get too intimidated by posting a story like this. The best way for the NYPD to get better is for it's citizens and press to hold them accountable. The DPB is not doing that.
The obvious question to answer is how many other girls were willing to earn the $100?
Presumably she was not the first and only girl he asked.
